What is Dropify?+

Welcome to Dropify! We provide our members with access to a closet full of clothes at a fraction of the market price. Whether reserving for an event, weekends, vacation and everything in between, we have the right plan for you. We encourage you to try new brands you may not have had access to before. The following services are included in every Dropify order:

• We dry clean every item after each wear in our state-of-the-art dry-cleaning facility

• Easy, free shipping and returns

Can I keep any items?+

That feature is currently being tested and will be available in the near future. To stay updated, sign up to our newsletter.

What condition are the items in?+

We take great care to clean and inspect all of our pieces, so they arrive in like-new condition. We do all dry cleaning and repairs in our state-of-the-art facility to ensure the highest quality.

How do I return my items?+

Every order will come with instructions on how to safely return your items. It’s as simple as placing the item into the provided shipping mailer, along with the return label. Once those are sealed up, you’ll place the free shipping label on the outside of the package and drop it off at any USPS location.

What happens if I accidentally stain an item?+

We understand that some wear and tear may be inevitable. Small stains and damages that can be fixed during our dry-cleaning process, will be waived. However, significant damage and theft aren't covered. If the item is damaged beyond repair or never returned, you will be charged the market price of the item.

Do I have to clean anything before returning it?+

No need to clean your items on your own! We take care of that for you. All items go through a thorough quality control before being sent out, to keep up with our standards.

Am I able to alter/tailor any of the items?+

We do not allow any alterations to the items.

How do you calculate the market price?+

We look at multiple platforms such as StockX, Grailed, eBay, and more. After analyzing all the data points, our engineers determine the fair market price. Our goal is to get you into as many clothes as possible, so we do our best to keep the prices as low as possible.

Do you ship internationally?+

At this time, we only ship orders within the U.S., including Hawaii and Alaska. Orders must also be returned from within the U.S.

What happens if it doesn’t fit?+

We understand item sizing differs among brands. If you get your item and realize it doesn’t fit, you’ll have 24 hrs after delivery to reach out to us (info@shopdropify.com) and request a different size.

How often are new items added?+

It varies month to month. The best way to stay updated on new arrivals will be to sign up for our newsletter.

Will there be any female items?+

In the future we’ll be offering female clothing. However, much of the inventory now is unisex.
